What's included in the Free plan?
Everything. The Free plan is not a limited trial — it includes all Panel features (DNS management, SSL, mail, PHP version switching, file manager, cron jobs, backups, resellers) on 1 server with up to 10 hosting accounts. The only limit is the number of accounts.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. No credit card required, no trial period, no expiry date. The Free plan is permanently free.

What counts as a "server"?
Each server with the Opterius Agent installed and a valid license assigned to it counts as one server against your plan. A VPS, a dedicated server, and a cloud VM each count as one. The Panel itself does not count as a separate server if the Agent is co-located on the same machine (which is the standard single-server setup).
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing period, so you only pay for the days you use the higher plan.
Are there per-account fees?
No. Pricing is flat per-server. On any paid plan, you can create as many hosting accounts as the server hardware can handle — there are no per-account or per-site charges.
What happens if I downgrade?
If your account count at the time of downgrade exceeds the new plan's limit (which only applies to the Free plan's 5-account cap — paid plans have no per-server account limit), existing accounts are not affected and keep running normally. You will not be able to create new accounts until you are under the limit. No accounts are automatically deleted.
What happens when my license expires?
The Agent continues to run and read operations continue to work. Write operations (creating/deleting accounts, changing PHP versions, issuing certificates, etc.) are blocked with a 403 license_required error until the license is renewed. Your websites keep serving traffic — Nginx does not stop.

Is billing monthly or annual?
Both. Monthly billing is available on all paid plans. Annual billing is available at a discount (equivalent to getting 2 months free). You can switch between monthly and annual from your account dashboard.
