Creating an Order on Behalf of a Client

Use this when a client orders via phone, email, or live chat:

    1. Go to Admin → Clients → [client].
    2. Click New Order.
    3. Select the product and billing cycle.
    4. Configure any options.
    5. Click Create Order.
    6. An invoice is generated and the client receives an invoice notification email.
    7. The client pays the invoice from their client area (or admin can mark as paid manually).

[!TIP] After creating an admin-side order, you can immediately mark the invoice as paid (Admin → Invoices → [invoice] → Mark Paid) to bypass the payment gateway for phone/bank transfer payments.

    Bulk Actions

From the orders list, select multiple orders using the checkboxes to:

    • Bulk cancel — moves selected pending orders to cancelled.
    • Bulk approve — approves multiple pending orders at once (manual approval mode).

[!WARNING] Bulk approvals dispatch provisioning for all selected orders simultaneously. Ensure your server group has capacity before bulk-approving large numbers of hosting orders.

    Fraud Orders

Setting an order to fraud status:

    • Prevents any services from being created.
    • Adds a fraud flag to the client record (visible on the client profile).
    • Does not issue a refund automatically.

Fraudulent client records can be blocked at Admin → Clients → [client] → Block Client.
